RAMDISK 8MB with 8bit parallel access
RSX provides simple ramdisk 8MB (8M x 8 bits) for using in your homebrew designs. It needs 8 data and 3 control lines only. Disk is build on 70ns PSRAM and Xilinx CPLD controller, can provide random RD/WR access as well as block access with auto-increment. Disk is 3.3V powered.
